Here's what I've been sitting with: the people who build something real are almost never the most talented ones. They're the ones who stayed. The ones who showed up on the day it would've been easier, and honestly more reasonable, to stop.

That's Vita in practice. Lead with love: assume good intent, starting with yourself. Follow with logic: do the next thing. Not the whole plan. Just the next thing.

Steadiness in the middle of chaos is the most underrated force in creative work. No manifesto required. No morning routine revelation. Just presence and process.

If you're in your version of that week right now, try this: protect the one thing that makes you feel like yourself. The thing you keep sacrificing first when life gets loud. That's the thing that deserves your loyalty the most.
